I find it quite humourous that Sweetness has been asking for the past two months, "How much longer until the first day of summer?". To her, the first day of summer means the beginning of going swimming at the beach each and every day - so definitely a day to commemorate. To help us celebrate this year, a summery dinner has been planned - one that will be feasted upon in lawn chairs and on picnic blankets. Mmmmm - can't wait!
